Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas of Trinidad & Tobago. Deliveries to Tobago are sent via TTPOST.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat rate of $40.00 TTD and applies to the majority of areas in Trinidad. Few
areas require an add on fee which will be shown at check out.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery takes about 1–2 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Not just yet, but it’s something we’re looking into.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
At the moment, we only offer delivery—but we’re always open to feedback and looking
at ways to improve your experience.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your books. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know
within 7 days. We’ll sort it out—whether that means a return, replacement, or refund.
How do I return a book?
Just message us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll walk you
through the next steps and make it easy.
Are there any books that can’t be returned?
We don’t accept returns on clearance or final sale books. Returns must be in the
original condition. That said, if you’re unsure or need help, reach out. We’ll work with
you.
When will I get my refund?
As soon as your returned book arrives, we’ll process your refund. It usually takes 3–5
business days to show up, depending on your payment method. We’ll let you know
when it’s done.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and even cash on delivery.
Got a coupon or gift card? You can use that too.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes—completely. Our checkout is encrypted and secure. We don’t store your payment
details or share your information with anyone else.
Can I use a discount code or gift card?
Yep! Just enter it during checkout. If it’s valid, you’ll see the discount applied right away.
Why was my payment declined?
Sometimes it’s a card issue—like a typo, expired card, or a block from your bank.
Double-check your info or try another method. Still stuck? Send us a message—we’re
happy to help.
Will I get a receipt?
You sure will! You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. If you need
another copy, just let us know.
Do you offer payment plans or installments?
Not right now, but it’s something we’re actively exploring for the future.
How can I find a specific book?
Use the search bar at the top of the page—just type in the title, author, or keyword. You
can also browse our categories or filter by genre, author, and more.
Are your books new or used?
Our books are brand new! From time to time, we offer gently used or pre-owned books
at discounted prices. The condition will always be clearly listed on the product page.
How do I know if a book is in stock?
If it’s available, you’ll see an “In Stock” message on the product page. If it’s sold out, you can sign up to get a notification as soon as it’s back.
Do you carry rare or collectible books?
Yes, we do! We sometimes stock rare or special edition books. If you’re searching for
something in particular, feel free to contact us—we’ll try to help.
Can I pre-order a book that’s not released yet?
Yes! If a book is available for pre-order, the product page will show the expected release

Can I place a custom order?
Yes, certainly. A 50% down payment (non-refundable) is required for custom orders.
I’m having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?
Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. If you
still can’t get in, send us a message with your email and we’ll help you out.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the steps. You’ll get an email
with a reset link. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, just in case.
I’m having trouble checking out. What can I do?
Try refreshing the page, switching browsers, or clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work,
contact us and we’ll help figure it out.
The website isn’t loading properly.
Try a different browser, refresh the page, or check your connection. If it still won’t work,
let us know—we’ll help sort it out.
I didn’t get a confirmation email.
Check your junk or spam folder first. Still nothing? Send us a quick note with your name
and order details—we’ll resend it right away.
