At BookBarTT, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality books and stationery with reliable service. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges

General Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • An incorrect item was delivered (e.g., wrong title, edition, or item).
    Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 1.

Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used stationery supplies

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items
     

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at (868) 734-6085.

  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • Once approved, returns can be arranged. A delivery fee of $45 may apply.

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Right to Refuse

BookBarTT reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
