About the Author
Miranda Dookran-Singh is a Trinidadian poet and author of five books. She has written a poetry collection, “Breeze of Hope,” where readers are taken a journey on discovering love, experiencing loss and rebuilding again. She has also written four kid’s books; “Bobby and the Beehive, Bobby and the Beehive Colouring and Activity Book, Tommy the Shark and Bobby Plays the Steelpan.” Her children’s books are educational written with poetic songs so kids can experience fun while learning. She is also the founder of Writers Collab where writers meet once per month at the Tunapuna Public Library so various local authors are showcased and different genres of writing are explored.
